As for the current industrial development process,its production is toward the direction of automation,integration,intelligence development by leaps and bounds,asynchronous motor is because of its good environmental adaptability and relatively high cost performance,making it to the main power equipment,at the same time,a wide range of applications in industrial production and electric power system.However,in the actual production process,due to the long time running or frequent start to stop,it is easy to cause the rotor broken bar or eccentric fault,related to the production of these faults,could lead to a series of accidents,not only affect the normal production,at the same time may bring economic loss and harm to the life safety of production personnel.Therefore,if can in before the major accident,can detect the fault symptoms in the motor rotor,timely take measures to repair,it is of great significance for people from all kinds of losses.But the top priority is to rapidly and exactly can find out the related characteristics of motor rotor failure occurs.Motor fails,the fault signal usually contain short-term impact,a large number of mutations,so this article chooses the signal processing method and the combination of wavelet transform theory,the study of asynchronous motor rotor broken bars fault,at the same time also for asynchronous motor principle of several common faults are analyzed.In recent years,from the commonly used Fourier transform on the basis of gradual development and application of wavelet transform,its itself has good time-frequency local area and multiresolution analysis,but by the frequency window and at the same time the transformation of the window to find the signals of different frequency components,the characteristic is suitable for motor fault feature extraction.This article in view of the limitation of the wavelet ridge line at the same time,puts forward a new method based on improved wavelet ridge line,pointed out that can be used to signal the wavelet ridge line to extract the frequency of the instantaneous frequency,the transformation of the time and apply it to the analysis of asynchronous motor stator starting current drops signal,greatly improving the effectiveness of the rotor fault diagnosis.As well as the external fault of asynchronous motor some common digital simulation of related research,through the theoretical derivation concluded that some of the characteristics of motor related failure occurs,on the basis of the simulation model is established,under the rotor broken bar fault,operation state of the simulation,verify the completeness and accuracy of the theoretical derivation,also on the extraction methods of such failures are simulated.
