Full face rock tunnel boring machine(short for TBM)is a highly mechanized and automated sort of large-scale tunnel engineering equipment.Gripper and thrust system is the core of TBM tunneling operations,whose performance directly determine the accuracy and efficiency of TBM's tunneling.According to an open type TBM's gripper and thrust system,on the base of analysis of its work principle and mechanism characteristics,study of TBM's force characteristics on different work conditions and surrounding rock restriction is carried out.Mechanical structure design of a gripping-thrusting-regripping mechanism test bench is completed.Scale rules of test bench are established.Parameter design of test bench is completed.Finally,the virtual prototype simulation of test bench is implemented.The main content of this dissertation is following:(1)Mechanical structure,actuation mode of cylinders and working principles of open type TBM are analyzed.Study of gripping-thrusting-regripping mechanism characteristics is carried out.Design task and function are proposed.According to the thought of test bench design,overall design of gripping-thrusting-regripping mechanism test bench is established.(2)Cutter head's force characteristics on different work conditions are analyzed,The mechanical structure of load simulator is designed.Surrounding rock restriction on tunneling work condition is analyzed.The mechanical structure of surrounding rock restriction simulator is designed.Designing schemes of TBM scale model and support device are completed.(3)According to the principle of similarity theory,scale rules of test bench are established.Physical dimensions' scale factors are derived.Basic parameter design of test bench is completed.Designing scheme of cutter driving device is established.Type selection of servo elements is completed.Parameter design of hydraulic driving elements is implemented.(4)The 3D model of test bench is built and assembled by Solidworks.Based on finite element simulation software SAMCEF,static stress simulation is conducted on the key component of test bench's mechanical structure,which provides certain reference for further experiments and design of this type of test benches.
