Distribution network is an important part of power system,it is used as a power system to provide users with the last link in electricity,so the distribution network in providing the user with qualified played a key role in the process of electricity.At present,the social economy developing rapidly,power quality,especially the power supply reliability requirements of various kinds of end user is higher and higher.At present,the test is the main factor of the power supply reliability of distribution network outage time and affect the number of users,and there are two main reasons that cause distribution network is a power failure,one is the plan of distribution equipment maintenance power outages,2 it is power distribution equipment malfunction.Urban overall planning of urban distribution network due to the requirement,generally in accordance with the standards of cable network construction,in the event of failure,power failure finding is very difficult,the traditional section try to send or cable identification way of troubleshooting,for a long time,the serious influence the fault area users and reliable power supply.Therefore,how to through the distribution network automation control,shorten the line outage time,quickly and efficiently is the key to improve power supply reliability distribution network.Distribution automation system and its fault self-healing function to provide the possibility.Distribution automation system and its fault self-healing function can be based on the distribution of failure information collection,fault solutions for automated analysis and execution,so as to achieve rapid automatic isolation fault,restore power supply in the fault area,effectively reduce the power outage time,achieve the goal of ascension of urban distribution network power supply reliability.In recent years,along with distribution automation reconstruction in the south of the city of tianjin electric power supply company power supply area of large area and deep application of distribution automation system,distribution automation system of self-healing function has been fully used and the south of the city power supply company's daily operation management process,the distribution network by the implementation of the distribution automation control measures can effectively enhance the speed of distribution network fault processing,to fully enhance the company power supply reliability and customer service levels.Based on the analysis of development trend of feeder automation and distribution automation system at home and abroad,on the basis of main functional framework,combined with the power supply company is south of the city have the characteristics of power grid structure of the urban core,focusing on the feeder automation strategy summary analysis,and corresponding to the south of the city distribution automation fault self-healing scheme of power supply company,process,the application and the failure of cable,bus common faults of power distribution automation fault self-healing strategy.At the same time,the application of electric power supply company distribution automation system for fault self-healing process is simulated and the application of fully verified the accuracy of the distribution automation fault self-healing strategy.Through a summary of distribution automation system and fault self-healing function analysis,further verified by using the theory of fault current flow to the power distribution automation system,through the acquisition of distribution terminal of fault current,the logical judgment and realize the remote control fault handling process,is helpful for distribution automation system in the further application of the enterprise,at the same time to the enterprise distribution scheduling,operations and other professional staff,application of distribution automation system for fast and efficient fault handling,provides a theoretical basis.
