The response of the bridge under the earthquake is related with the safety of a train.As a node in one road net,the bridge that is available for traffic affects the entire network connecting probability.The decision made from our government about post-disaster reconstruction and rescue may be made based on this value.Seismic parameters determined by PSHA differ from zoning intensity which is used in Chiniese seismic design of current bridge,which will directly affects the bridge vulnerability based on driving safety.In this article,through a highway network which covered three seism intensity zones,we achieve the bridge vulnerability based on driving safety,in which the earthquake parameters are determined by PSHA.With the modified Order-X theory,the connecting probability in different reoccurrence period can be confirmed.And we define this value as Network Vulnerability in Seism.This has a significant impact in the earthquake prediction and reinforcement performance of traffic network optimization decision.The article combines many issues,such as seismic hazard analysis,safety of driving safety and connecting probability,as a cohesive whole,forming a predictable and rescue system which is significant to the guidance in real life.In the caculation,39 earthquake recurrence periods are considered in every site and target response spectrom is gained by PSHA.The next step is to caculate the bridge vulnerability based on driving safety with the method of 1-DOF and X Luo respectively.The value gained as above can be used as an input parameter of caculating the connecting probability.With the above progress,some conclusions can be got as following:1.The results of the connecting probablity are used for the prediction and decision made by the administration when the railway net road occur earthquake.2.Among two methods,the bridge vulnerability based on the safety of the vehicle decreases following the increasing of exceeding probability.But the value based on the 1-DOF model is always higher than the XiuLuo method.The result suggests that the 1-DOF model is more conservative.3.The connecting probability increases in a gradually 'decreasing recurrence prriod condition.And the value from the 1-DOF model remains low level in every point,this means that no matter how big the earthquake is,it doesn't suggest travelling with the conservative 1-DOF model method.But the road net may be connected with low level earthquake when caculated with X Luo method,but among a length of period,the curve turn down sharply,so we should take another way to combat the earthquake and do relief work.4.It's more important for railway net to concentrate on traffic safety compared with the damage of construction.So when making decision,the related administration should depend on the traffic safety.
