In the design and optimization of vehicle parameters,the bench test is a convenient,fast and economical test method,but the technology of curve line simulation experiment on the roller rig is still immature.A complete process of vehicle curve through include three parts,as'straight track-transition track-curve track'.The simulation experiment that vehicle passing transition track is a difficult point.So the research done in this paper is as follows.The traditional method of curve track experiment on the roller rig utilize the tilted track wheel to simulate the 'superelevation-lacking' phenomenon,and utilize the different speed between wheel track to simulate the different length between internal and external rail.This method can only simulate the behavior of vehicle on steady-state curve.On the basis of traditional methods,the method of dynamic traverse track wheel unit is studied,and the principle and process of simulation are analyzed in detail.This method not only can simulate the dynamic centrifugal force of the transition curve,but also can be used in the simulation of yaw motion and lateral displacement.When the vehicle passes on the curve,the geometric error of the track will produce the phenomenon of track irregularity.The simulation of track irregularity requires lateral and vertical cylinder excitation.The trigonometric series method can convert the power spectrum of track into a time domain sequence.Analyzing the time domain sequence by statistical methods,the range of the displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the excitation signal can be obtained.This paper uses SIMPACK software to simulate the different dynamic performance between the bench test and the real line test,and verifies the reliability of the bench test.This paper also discusses the influencing factors of the dynamic performance of bench test,such as track wheel radius,rod's longitudinal stiffness,rail base slope,and vehicle longitudinal position.Finally,this paper designs a feasible mechanical structure of the motion diagram,in order to demonstrate the implementation of the traverse simulation method.This paper analyzes the parameters of the traverse and the design method of the transverse derivation slot,which provides a reference for the design of a roller rig for a company.
