Study On Standardized Construction Technology Of Concrete Bridge Based On Durability

The durability design,durability construction and post-inspection and maintenance of highway concrete bridge are the three main aspects of improving the durability of bridge.Among them,the construction phase as an important stage of the bridge life cycle,due to the complex construction environment,economic environment,social environment and human factors,has become a key link to ensure the durability of the bridge.Establishing the concept of durability construction accordance with the durability requirements of standardized construction,to ensure the quality of construction,can play a multiplier effect.In this paper,the durability of the bridge as the main line to the DeShang highway and NanLin highway in Puyang section of bridge engineering construction as the basis,the bridge durability and bridge construction are combined to carry out a systematic study on the concrete construction technology of concrete bridge based on durability.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual results of the survey,the durability loss of the bridge engineering and the causes of the common diseases are analyzed,and the factors influencing the durability of the bridge are analyzed and studied mainly based on the construction.(2)According to the mechanism of damage caused by various factors,the common durability of concrete bridge is analyzed.The causes of corrosion of cracks and steel bars are analyzed from the angle of construction technology and management,and the methods of controlling cracks and corrosion of steel bars are put forward.The causes of disease and the causes of disease were analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of construction and maintenance management.(3)In this paper,gray neural network control method is used to predict the strength and durability of concrete.The construction control of concrete bridge is forecasted by predicting the installation height of cantilever construction box girder.(4)Standardized construction is the most direct and important technical measure to achieve bridge construction goals and improve bridge durability.The construction of the bridge is extremely complex,so regulating the construction behavior,including management behavior is significant.This paper is aimed at the bridge foundation,the lower structure of the bridge,the bridge superstructure.The paper puts forward the durability proposal of bridge construction,and combines the bridge construction with the durability requirement of the bridge,has applied the research in the bridge construction of the project and achieved remarkable results for the construction of concrete durable bridge provides an important technical support.
