The rapid development of electronic technology,making the electronic equipment,the performance requirements of the power system continues to increase.At present,the development of switching power supply for the digital control technology and soft-switching technology.In this paper,the soft-switching technology,synchronous rectification technology and digital control technology combined to design and implement based on TMS320F28027 chip phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter.This paper first introduces the development process of switching power supply,all kinds of common switching power supply topology and the advantages and disadvantages of digital power supply,and introduces soft switching technology.Secondly,this paper designs and selects the hardware circuit of phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter.Hardware design includes bridge arm power device selection,synchronous rectifier power device selection,main power transformer design,resonant inductor design,output filter inductance design,auxiliary power supply design,sampling circuit design and drive circuit design.And a small signal model is established for phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter.The phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter is simulated by MATLAB software.Finally,based on TMS320F28027 chip,the phase shift mechanism of phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter in peak current mode is studied,and the data acquisition program is designed.The digital PID controller is realized by software,and the flow chart of each part is drawn according to the software design requirements,Complete the software design work.The 12V/50 A phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter prototype based on TMS320F28027 chip is designed,and the test data and waveform of the experimental prototype are analyzed in detail to achieve the expected effect of the experiment and verify the rationality of the phase-shifted full-bridge-ZVS converter design. |
