With the rapid development of the information technology,constantly fusion of the information resource and constantly cost reduction of design and manufacture,the electronic products have a higher refresh rate and bigger update space.Those products are more likely to be miniaturized,integrated,wireless and portable.However,the reliable solutions to the power supply problem are conventional batteries,cable power and micro battery by far.With the attention people pay on the environment protection,ergonomic and efficiency and cost improving continually,faults of these solutions are exposed gradually,so the energy harvesting technology gets more and more attention.Based on the diamagnetic levitation,the broadband response of a micro vibration energy harvester was studied in this paper.The structural model and work principle of the energy harvester was introduced,and the force in the model was analyzed theoretically.To calculate its equilibrium position,the method of numerical fitting to the simulated data of magnetic force and diamagnetic force obtained from COMSOL Multiphysics was utilized.The diverse phenomenon of the Floating Magnet was found-monostable and bistable.The experiment was established to verify this phenomenon.Secondly,the induced voltage of the energy harvester was analyzed and calculated based on the theory and simulation.The influence to the voltage and power caused by the changing of the coil parameters was analyzed.The coil parameters were confirmed from the point of the maximum power.Then,based on the electromagnetic damping force was analyzed theoretically,the analytic expression of the electromagnetic damping force was given when the magnetic field was numerical fitting using response surface method.The two coils were installed by the way of reverse transposition in the view of maximum conversion of energy.The air friction of the Floating Magnet was equivalent to a linear function.Finally,the dynamical equation of the system was built.The equation was equivalent to a Duffing-van der Pol equation which had a high order cross term.The dynamical and output response were analyzed in conditions of working and nonworking when the system was in different type of stable,which was caused by different external-excitations.
