Entering the 21 st century,cardiovascular disease has serious harm human health,and patients with cardiovascular disease,is obtained by a large number of clinical trials,endothelial function has certain lesions.The preliminary screening is difficult,need admission test.Therefore,design a kind of reliable performance,low price,short measurement time,volume is small and exquisite appearance of function of endothelial cells to preliminary screening on endothelial cell function.It will for the prevention of cardiovascular disease have the vital significance.The need of the actual situation,the author of this paper,based on(Acorn RISC Machine9,ARM9 processor)platform,through the Linux embedded system development,the main work is divided into two aspects: one,endothelial cell function of the whole construction of the hardware platform.Second,the Linux kernel cutting and transplantation,the transplantation of the root file system,character device driver development and design of the graphical user interface application(QctKDE,QT),etc.The key of this design is a noninvasive method to test the endothelial cell function.After finish the above work,this paper detailed the blood volume pulse wave data processing,filtering by wavelet analysis,get rid of the interference of outside and their own.Module,and through their own design of the algorithm can extract the useful reaction in endothelial cell function of feature information,through a certain calculation formula can reflect the value of endothelial function,use open source project with the LGPL copyright agreement(Qt Widgets for Technical Applications,Qwt)provides controls,in the form of Numbers and curve display on the QT interface.Finally,the design of the testing machine,electromagnetic radiation,anti-static,such as a series of tests,and tested in china-Japan union hospital,get around one hundred of endothelial function in patients with cardiovascular data.Sensitivity instrument overall specialty rate reached 77%,82%,basic has reached the requirement of design before.Finally,this paper puts forward its shortcomings,and in need of improvement.
