As an important part of the car that gearbox is mainly used to transmit power and change the transmission ratio of the transmission system,its performance directly affects the vehicle operating characteristics.The various parts of gearbox often operate in high-speed conditions,it is prone to occur fatigue wear and failure.According to statistics in the gearbox fatigue bench test,gears,bearings and other components are easy to damage,it will affect the accuracy of the test results,when the fault is serious it will also make injury to the equipment and personnel.Therefore it is important to monitor the operating status,timely and accurate detect the failure of the gearbox components during the test.This paper mainly uses the gearbox as the research object developed an online fault diagnosis system to bench fatigue test and used to real-time monitor and fault diagnosis of gearbox in the process of the experiment,in order to ensure the safety of test equipment and test personnel.Through the experiment proves that the fault diagnosis system ca n achieve the needs of practical application.First of all,in this paper,introduced the vibration mechanism of gearbox,using the vibration signal analysis method for fault diagnosis,to summariz and analyze the fault characteristics;using time-domain signal analysis and frequency domain analysis to interpret the signals,through the time domain analysis technology for fault warning and frequency domain analysis technology for fault diagnosis.Then,the embedded microcontrollers as the core of fault diagnosis system,to hardware and software design.The hardware system mainly includes the smallest system,power module,communication module,filter module,digital signal analysis module and so on;the software system includes master program,AD sampling,autonomous learning,signal analysis and other major modules.The main function of the system is to realize input and output shaft speed measurement,vibration signal information acquisition and data analysis,fault warning,and TFT serial interface communication and so on.After that,this paper describes the structure of the test bed control system,selection and use of sensors,test conditions and structure parameters.To analysis the data during the test,summarize the typical fault characteristics,build the fault feature database and set up the fault diagnosis strategy.At last,use a pure electric vehicle reducer as the research target to test function and performance of system.Through a lot of experimental research,verified the stability of the diagnostic system and continue to be amended,achieved design requirements.In this paper,the gearbox fault diagnosis system in general could diagnose some typical fault.and has the ability to achieve on-line fault diagnosis,overcomes the disadvantages of off-line data playback for fault analysis.The system has portability,real-time,reliability and other advantages,provides security guarantee for the gear box fatigue life test.After a lot of experimental studies we have accumulated a lot of data,which could provide support for further improvement of the system.
