With the rapid growth of car ownership in China,the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly serious,plug-in hybrid,pure electric and fuel cell and other new energy vehicles can effectively carry out energy-saving emission reduction.China set such allowance access thresholdas power consumption level,driving mileage,battery and vehicle weight of pure electric bus,which require that bus companies cannot simply rely ontechnological progress of battery power,but must have in-depth study of pure electric bus energy saving technology,continuously reduce the power consumption of pure electric bus.Based on the distributed four-wheel drive electric bus as the goal,this article provides research for distributed 4WD Electric Bus drive system scheme,puts forwardinter-axis torque control system optimization method and braking energy recovery systembased on four-wheel drive distributed driving pure electric bus.Distributed structure type speed reducer is driven by a gear model plus a planetary reducer,distributed drive motor chooses high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor.The electromechanical integration of distributed drive powertrain technology is with high integration,compact structure,light weight,high power density and high transmission efficiency.The development of distributed four-wheel drive electric bus torque distribution coefficient and the energy optimization control strategy based on vehicle simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the simulation power consumption under thetorque optimization control strategy is obviously better than that under average allocation strategy.Research on coordination control methods of four-wheel drive motor braking force and mechanical braking force,start with the analysis of brake pedal of driver,give priority to the use of motor braking torque,maximize the recovery braking energy as the goal,that effective braking energy in the typical city condition analysis shows that distributed four-wheel drive electric bus braking energy recovery effect is good.Study on the effect of vehicle weight,rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient to the vehicle energy consumption.The results show that single lightweight technology can reduce the power consumptionof distributed driving pure electric busby 8% in typical cityof Chinaunder comprehensive conditions;single rolling resistance coefficient optimization technologycan reduce the power consumption of distributed driving pure electric bus by5.7% in typical cityof China under comprehensive conditions;single air drag coefficient optimization technology reduce the power consumption of distributed driving pure electric bus by 0.2% in typical cityof China under comprehensive conditions;distributed drive electric bus can carry out the key pointof therunning resistance optimization on vehicle lightweight and low rolling resistance tire development and application.
