Air springs are widely used in subway,light rail and other rail vehicles because of its nonlinear stiffness,light weight and small internal friction.With the rapid development of China's rail vehicles,Relatively backward detection means can not meet the requirements of a large number of air spring maintenance test.Most of the existing air spring test platform can only be used for vertical stiffness test,lateral stiffness test,or torsional stiffness test.According to the actual driving conditions of air spring,a set of perfect air spring testing platform is designed to meet the requirements of air spring detection and feature detection,reduce the maintenance cost and improve the safety of vehicle.The main contents of this thesis include the following parts:(1)The structure and working principle of air spring system are described;The working characteristics of different air springs are classified and described;The vertical and lateral stiffness characteristics of air spring are studied and the factors affects the stiffness change are analyzed.(2)The standard Stewart platform is used to simulate the actual working conditions of the air spring,and the platform structure and the inverse solution algorithm are studied;The motion parameters of the six degree of freedom motion platform are set up,and the simulation model of the moving platform is simulated by Solidworks software and ADAMS simulation software;The structure of the test bed is designed,including the structure design of the counterweight block,the fixed frame and the additional air chamber.(3)The ADAMS software is used to simulate the six DOF motion platform,which verifies the rationality of the platform structure design and can meet the technical requirements of the design parameters.The dynamic analysis of the platform is carried out,and the maximum driving force of the moving platform is obtained,which provides the reference for the design of the hydraulic system.The model of six degree of freedom platform with air spring is built and simulated,and the feasibility of measuring the air spring with the platform with six degrees of freedom is verified.Finally,the strength of the platform is verified by the six freedom platform.(4)By comparing the working characteristics of three kinds of oil source and analysing the demand of the motion platform,the design of the hydraulic servo control system of six degrees of freedom motion platform is completed.hydraulic components is calculated and selected,such as servo actuator,hydraulic pump,hydraulic valve and motor.The ADAMS software is used to simulate the hydraulic servo system of the moving platform to verify the feasibility of the hydraulic servo system.
