Ball screw pair is the most commonly used in all kinds of precision instruments and industrial equipment of the transmission parts,Its manufacturing level is directly related to the accuracy of the precision instrument and the quality of the manufacturing equipment.Accuracy retention is one of the important performance parameters of the ball screw pair,researching the accuracy retention is of great significance to improve the performance of ball screw pair.In recent years,the study of the theory of the reliability and accuracy retention of the ball screw pair has made great progress in China,but the test technology needs to be improved.This topic research around the ball screw pair accuracy retention system designing and its test method.First of all,precision ball screw pair loss model is established.According to Hertz contact theory,considering the condition of pre-tightening force and loading force,the ball screw pair of contact deformation is studied,and coupling with the kinematics analysis of ball bearing,analyzes the change rule of the accuracy loss between the pre-tightening force,screw speed,operation time,spiral angle and contact angle etc,in order to providing theoretical guidance for the research of accuracy retention.Secondly,according to the technical index and the main test function of the test-bed,this paper introduces the main structure of the ball screw pair accuracy retention test bench,this paper proposes a test rig overall design scheme based on servo motor load;This paper introduces the reference basis for the design of test bed and the research process and the operating principle of the test bench;This paper also gives the test process and the overall plan of test measurement and control system,including the basic function of the design of hardware and software requirements.Then according to the accuracy retention test requirements of the ball screw pair,thispaper introduces the ball screw pair loading force and temperature test system,emphasizing on precision ball screw pair of lead test system as well as the friction torque test system design;This paper also illustrates the principle of software testing process and hardware testing system,including the selection of sensor,installation method,etc;The ball screw pair accuracy retention evaluation method is stated in detail.Lastly,the friction torque test and lead accuracy test of ball screw pair in different manufacturers are carried out.Comparing the journey through error measuring instrument and the test of measuring data,proving the two ways of measurements are similar;Comparing the test measurement data and the theoretical calculation results,the trend of data alignment are semblable,which proving the test measurement data is veracity and reliability;The effecting relevant factors of the precision loss and friction torque of the ball screw pair are analyzed,in order to providing the theory support to further improving the design of the test-bed.
