At the present stage,the laminated floor used for assembling building structure in our country is mostly unidirectional,and the two span is not very large.With the rapid development of the construction industry,it is necessary to have the double force performance of the laminated floor,which can realize the bidirectional transmission performance,and can realize the integral connection with the vertical bearing component.Based on the requirements,design of prestressed concrete two-way slabs;the slab of the factory prefabricated two-way prestressed concrete plate and laminated pouring layer,using the bidirectional force characteristics of precast floor,to achieve two-way laminated transmission performance.Role in the bottom plate of the two-way prestressed precast slab,can greatly improve the lifting and transportation of stiffness,control the maximum thickness of the precast slab and the weight,improve the size of the plane in two directions,so as to improve the composite floor stiffness,increasing two spans target;precast prestressed slab floor,flat the surface of the base plate,can arrange various pipelines more convenient and flexible in construction.In this paper,based on the current codes and regulations,the theoretical design of prestressed concrete two-way laminated plates is carried out,and the finite element analysis and optimization design are carried out by using the finite element software(ABAQUS).The research contents are as follows:(1)The theoretical and Experimental Research on the domestic and foreign concrete laminated plates.(2)Summary of the basic principle of mechanical performance of prestressed laminated concrete slab by the application of classical thin plate bending theory is established with ordinary reinforced concrete two-way slabs under uniform load are similar to the deflection and moment of expression,the laminated internal force,bearing capacity and stiffnesscalculation method and construction measures.(3)The clamped 6000 mm × 4800 mm two-way prestressed laminated concrete slab as an example,introduces the theory and the design method of the two-way prestressed laminated concrete slab calculation process.(4)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the 6000 mm × 4800 mm prestressed concrete two-way composite slab with the same size of the cast-in-place slab model,comparative analysis of two concrete model to simulate the loading process of the stress and strain value,reinforcement stress,load deflection curve of laminated and capacity characteristics,the stress characteristics,bearing capacity and stiffness of composite laminates are studied.(5)The ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to optimize the arrangement of prestressed steel bars in the composite slab,and the optimal arrangement of the prestressed reinforcement of the slab of the two-way prestressed concrete laminated slab is obtained.
