Study On The Working Characteristics Of Composite Foundation With High-jet Mixing Cement Soil-core Composite Pile

High pressure jet mixing cement soil core inserted combined pile composite foundation is made of flexible pile(high pressure jet mixing cement soil pile and rigid pile)concentric implants(concrete pile)as vertical reinforcement composite piles,a new type of composite foundation in soft soil stratum and pile together bear the the load and the formation of.Can give full play to the cement soil pile side resistance and pile core strength,fusion of flexible pile composite foundation and rigid pile composite foundation design has the characteristics of their respective advantages,strong adjustability,cost effective and environmental protection etc..On the basis of the existing research,numerical calculation and analysis through field loading test and finite difference software,under the vertical load of high pressure jet mixing cement soil core inserted combined pile composite foundation bearing and deformation properties were studied.The field loading test,inserting core composite pile composite foundation settlement to reduce the high jet mixing cement soil,improve its bearing capacity has a significant impact,and the foundation bearing capacity is increased by 1.55~2.71 times the natural foundation;composite pile load transfer law is significant friction pile characteristics of composite foundation,core pile bottom end resistance ratio is 10%;single pile composite foundation bearing capacity characteristic value corresponding to the load conditions,a strengthening of the coefficient of about 0.59 capacity,the bearing capacity of pile side soil play a factor of about 1.38;composite foundation load sharing ratio and stress ratio changes with the load and dynamic adjustment,with the changes of load level area replacement ratio and length of core pile than other factors.The software FLAC3 D to calculate and analyze the different combinations of the size of the pile composite foundation,replacement ratio,formation conditions and other factors on high pressure jet mixing cement soil core composite pile composite foundation bearing and deformation properties of finite difference,given the combined length of pile composite foundation pile and cement soil pile,pile diameter ratio and the ratio of the pile spacing values range;impact ratio,axial force of pile load sharing on formation conditions of the change transfer are discussed,and points out that we should try to make the composite pile core pile end soil cement pile or better properties in terminal layer.The research of this article is inserted core provides theoryguidance combination of engineering application of composite foundation pile of high pressure jet mixing cement soil,and the next research gives suggestions,provide some theoretical reference for the popularization and application of composite foundation.
