The national "13th Five-Year" plan put forward to develop the steel structure and assembling building,in order to save energy,improve the environment for the purpose of promoting passive research and construction of ultra low energy consumption and energy-saving buildings.The research group of the green building collaborative innovation center of Shandong Jianzhu University carried out the research and practice of the combination of assembly technology and passive house technology.It is found that there is a contradiction between the gap between the prefabricated components and the low energy consumption building,which is the starting point of the study.This research is based on the Shandong Jianzhu University teaching laboratory building project,with windows and doors gap method,permeability and heat loss calculation formula,and building envelope air tightness research status,research and combing on quantity and tightness of energy saving ratio calculation method of permeability and low energy consumption building structure built by assembling technology.The assembly site design and construction of low energy consumption records,combined with the engineering detection effect of construction method by assembling construction technology of low energy consumption,the design method of air tightness and sealing technology summary.First of all,through the analysis of the background of the building air tightness and the development of the assembly passive house,this paper points out the necessity of using the assembly technology to design the low energy consumption building.Based on the gap method and the study of the permeability of the envelope structure,the calculation method of reducing the heat consumption of cold air blast penetration after seal on the low energy consumption building envelope is presented.Secondly,through the design and construction of steel structure assembly type passiverecording room,analysis of practical problems in the process,and based on the standardized construction point of view,the corresponding optimization method is presented,and design of its air tightness,the airtight layer line drawing method and structure design in detail.Finally,the amount of penetration of the enclosure structure calculation of assembly type passive real teaching laboratory building built,summarized assembly building envelope infiltration control method,the design method of building air tightness,and air tightness and effective sealing,higher rate of assembly as the research ideas and suggestions and green building energy saving rate,has a wide application prospect.
