Along with the expedited urbanization process in China,people's requirement for power supply reliability has also been increasingly high.The interruption duration has been reduced from several hours to several minutes or even power supply without interruption.Power distribution network,as the end of power supply system including power generation,transmission,transformation and distribution,plays the role of connecting with the users and the last kilometer.The reliability of power distribution network directly influences users' experience of using electricity,which also affect users' review for power grid.Therefore,how to improve the reliability of power distribution network is the problem that we must face.Being a heartland of Pearl River Delta regions,Zhongshan city is a bellwether of Guangdong Power Grid,which has higher requirements on power distribution reliability.However,how to keep improving the reliability level is a problem that power suppliers in Zhongshan need to take into consideration.In this case,how the east area of Zhongshan,continues to improve the power distribution reliability at from the existing high level to a higher one is the research background of this thesis.Firstly,it analyzes the transformer substation within the east area in Zhongshan city,10 k V power distribution network grid structure and 10 k V distribution network equipment.In addition,it also perfectly evaluates the basic condition and current situation for power distribution network in east area,which provides basic data foundation for research problem and achieves the preliminary purpose of research.Secondly,by analyzing the reliability data from 2015 to 2016 in east area,the key factors for power failure interruption influencing the reliability of power distribution network in east area have been founded.Through analysis of failure interruption,the reliability of power distribution network in the east area is evaluated.The evaluation results show that the main reasons for the failure interruption of powerdistribution network in the east area are transformer fault,cable fault,aging equipment failure and so on.It conducts comprehensive evaluation for the reliability of power distribution network in east area.Finally,aiming at the reliability analysis of power distribution network and optimization of improved measures in east area,the Bayes method is applied to work out countermeasures according to the relevant fault points,such as low-voltage looped network,voltage monitoring,newly-established courts and the enhanced automatic establishment for distribution network,which provides references for the establishment of future distribution network and transformation of grid structure,thus to further improve the reliability of power distribution network in east area.In the meantime,the prediction of reliability is carried out through algorithm and compared with the indexes of 2012 and 2016.It's believed that the reliability of power distribution network in the east area will be certainly improved by implementing these measures.
