| With the development of green building,the green reconstruction of existing buildings has become the focus of people’s attention.There is a large amount of public buildings in China and the building energy consumption is becoming increasingly high,which followed by a great green transformation potential.In addition,as the interface between the interior space and exterior space of architecture,the envelope structure,is an important influencing factor for the resultant effect of green reconstruction.Both the improvement of aesthetic performance and the enhancement of thermal insulation performance are included in the renovation of the envelope structure.However,in the implementation process of the specific transformation,the relationship between the two is often mutually exclusive.In view of the separation of the enhancement of the aesthetic performance and the thermal insulation performance in the reform practice,in this paper,the improvement strategy taking into account these two aspects of performance improvement is put forward.In this paper,based on investigation and analysis of the status and the renovation project of a large number of existing public buildings,the current problems and the necessity of greening for the public buildings in China are summarized.Through the methods of data investigation,software simulation and field test,the continued and contrast strategy of aesthetic performance improvement from the perspective of aesthetic performance is proposed,and there also is a satisfactory equivalent of some technical measures raised to enhance the insulation performance aiming at the different parts.Finally,through the case study of the green building renovation of the Jade Buddha Temple,the design methods of improving the aesthetic performance and thermal insulation performance are discussed.Simultaneously,the energy saving effect is evaluated by simulation analysis in this paper. |
