At present,the temperature field detection technology has been widely used in industry,agriculture and environmental monitoring and other fields.As an effective non-contact temperature measurement technology,acoustic temperature measurement has great research and development potential.In this paper,the basic principle of acoustic temperature measurement and temperature field reconstruction are briefly introduced,and the least square reconstruction algorithm,radial basis function and singular value decomposition algorithm are introduced.In order to reconstruct the temperature field of the least square method,the least square method is used to solve the model.In order to facilitate the simulation study of 3D temperature field,have designed cylinder area temperature field reconstruction simulation platform,temperature field reconstruction simulation platform considering acoustic sound ray bending and cube area temperature field reconstruction simulation platform.In order to realize the optimization of 3D temperature field reconstruction algorithm,the influence of reconstruction algorithm on the reconstruction of temperature field is studied.Based on the simulation platform of cylinder region,under the single hot spot and the double hot spot model,use the least square method,radial basis function and singular value decomposition to reconstruct the temperature field of the cylinder.The results show that the reconstruction algorithm of temperature field has a great influence on the temperature field reconstruction,and the radial basis function and singular value decomposition method have better reconstruction effect and higher reconstruction accuracy.In order to optimize the reconstruction effect of the acoustic line in the temperature field reconstruction of acoustic method,the problem of the bending of the acoustic line is studied.Using the simulation platform of the acoustic ray bending select three single hot temperature fields with the same range of temperature variation,but different degrees of temperature variation,the temperature field is reconstructed by considering the bending of acoustic ray and without considering the bending of acoustic ray,and the error analysis is carried out under the three conditions of no noise,small noise and large noise.The results show that the abrupt change of temperature and noise in the measured area have a great influence on the consideration of the bending effect,in the case of small noise and Temperature change gently is more suitable for the reconstruction of acoustic ray bending.In order to optimize the 3D temperature field acoustic reconstruction system,the choice of the acoustic path is studied.Use the cube regional simulation platform using four acoustic path selection modes,that is,keeping all non-duplicated paths,removing the paths on the edges,sides and surface of the cuboid to temperature field reconstruction and error analysis.The study found that,when the choice to remove the acoustic path of cuboid edges,the best reconstruction effect.The results show that the reasonable choice of acoustic path can effectively improve the reconstruction accuracy of temperature field of acoustic method,and reduce the amount of calculation of temperature field reconstruction.
