The collection,analysis and processing of traffic data is an important part of intelligent transportation system.It is also an important basis for the implementing effective traffic guidance,control and management.The data collected by single sensor is relatively unilateral,incomplete,informative,error-prone,and uncertain.Therefore,it is very important to adopt multi-sensor to collect data and intelligently process multi-source data.In practice,there are some defects in the acquired data due to the differences in the location,type,precision,quality and environment of the sensors.Data fusion can overcome the uncertainty of single sensor,and make full use of various sources of information.It makes the multiple sources of information in space or time redundant or supplementary information according to a certain standard combination into a comprehensive of the profound,three-dimensional information.and improve the robustness of the entire traffic data acquisition system.Firstly,the characteristics of traffic flow parameters are analyzed from the macro and micro perspectives.The technology and principle of traffic parameter acquisition are introduced in detail.The data structure of the output data and the acquisition of road environment data are analyzed.Secondly,according to the location of the detector,the detector is optimized based on the road network in consideration of the existing detector distribution on the road.Thirdly,the integration of the extracted traffic data is integratde.The traffic data from each detector is not uniform in time and space,which can affect the speed and quality of information processing.So we need match the data in time and space.Due to the difference in the accuracy and stability of different detection equipment,the reliability of the source is different.It is necessary to give the trustworthiness evaluation model for different devices.On the basis of this,the fuzzy trust function and weighted average way is used to process the multi-source redundant information,and finally the data with uniform granularity and higher precision are obtained.Finally,in order to verify the proposed multi-source data acquisition and integration model,a total of 41 traffic detectors on 26 sections of Lakeshore Road and Lianqian East Road area in Xiamen City were selected for verification.The results showed that the proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of the data.
