| With the maturing and increasingly fierce competition of the crane market,the traditional concept of crane design has been unable to meet the requirements of modern enterprises.According to the design requirements of tianjin hoisting equipment limited company,combined with the characteristics of internal bridge crane components series and standardization degree is more and more high,in the basis of in-depth study of key technology of collaborative design,modular design,rapid quotation of the product,established the bridge crane design and quotation system.Finally,the practicability and reliability of the system are verified by the example of design of overall bridge crane.First of all,introduced the network collaborative design,modular design,crane design technique and rapid quotation technology at home and abroad research status quo and development trend,put forward the overall idea for the construction of bridge crane design and quotation system.Secondly,introduces the system structure and the integrated framework involved in product collaborative design system,and respectively established the collaborative design architecture of hybrid network model and network collaborative design system’s framework model based on DPDM.Thirdly,this paper introduces the related theories of product modular design,and establishes the process model of product modular design.With the bridge crane as an example,the construction process of the modular platform of existing products has been researched,such as the market demand situation,components ABC analysis,modular product planning,coding system of parts and the establishment of name dictionary and so on,finally built a bridge crane modular platform frame.Fourthly,the paper studies the technology of product rapid quotation,and introduces the composition of the price and the method of estimating the price of the product.Based on the results of the modular design of the bridge crane,the framework of the rapid quotation system is established.Finally,combination of modular product design and rapid quotation technology,based on the development goal of the system,the design and quotation system of the bridge crane is developed on the basis of the existing development tools.Application of the above results,the practicability and reliability of the system are verified by an example of overall bridge crane. |
