Now in the period of rapid economic development in our country,and with the rapid development of such natural along with the rapid development of modern industry.Especially in the aspect of the construction of infrastructure,such as large power plant,nuclear power plants and other complex,high risk of construction project is more and more frequent.Therefore,how to safe and effective operations becomes a problem needed to resolve.In the process of the construction of large power plant,as a result of the facilities are beyond the average height,weight,and so on big relies heavily on hoisting equipment,such as lifting crane,tower crane,crawler crane.In order to meet the requirements,sometimes have to use large cranes or crane operation at the same time,this high-risk operation mode are in urgent need of a new type of safety monitoring system,prevent the happening of the accident,enables the work to complete.This article mainly discusses the working principle of double machine lift crane and process a careful analysis and reasoning,according to the technical indicators are put forward by the party a for the construction of the control system,through the real-time monitoring implementation of hook line deviation Angle prediction and alarm function.This topic in the aspect of hardware STM32F103RCT6 chosen as the control core,and the control circuit,communication circuit,voltage monitoring circuit,power circuit,bluetooth module circuit and so on has carried on the detailed design and PCB fabrication,sensor selection AH100 B navigation instrument,used between MAX3232.Bluetooth passthrough module selects the bees collect to communicate with mobile phone terminal B-0001.Single-chip microcomputer control software using C language program,and combining with kalman filter and improve the control precision coordinate transformation algorithm,finally USES the Android programming app as PC display terminal.After completion of system structures,first has carried on the system hardware and software in the laboratory testing work,after the field testing of the construction site.System based on single lift crane and lift up two patterns of two monitoring,operators can hook line is obtained by intelligent terminal display real-time status as well as the deviation Angle,and thus to adjust in a timely manner,to effective accident forecast and alarm,greatly improving the safety of construction,control precision is less than 0.1 degrees.
