With the advent of the mobile Internet era,the popularity of portable intelligent terminal equipment.However,due to the large scale development of battery technology lags behind,the mobile phone battery life becomes the bottleneck of mobile phone development insurmountable;at the same time for the traditional wired type mobile phone charging,data line and repeated messy hot swap caused a lot of inconveniences and safety problems.Along with the development of wireless technology,wireless power conversion by space magnetic field,has overcome the disadvantages of traditional mobile phone charging method,charging to make more convenient and safety,and has become the main direction of the intelligent charging equipment technology research and development.This paper presents a complete solution of wireless power supply technology based on electromagnetic resonance coupling technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic principle of radio energy transmission,the research status at home and abroad and its application prospect.After studying the coupled mode theory,the mathematical model of the magnetic coupling resonance radio energy transfer process is established.In addition,also set up a wireless transmission circuit simulation model,to analyze the working state of the transmitting device and the adaptive range of working frequency,and laid a good foundation for the realization of the hardware design of mobile phone radio transmission.Secondly,the design scheme of wireless energy transmission circuit is given.The system uses STM32 as the main controller of the system,including the control circuit,full bridge inverter circuit,detection circuit,coupling mechanism and power supply circuit.In order to improve the system control precision,stability,temperature signal to the controller through the PID algorithm to control the inverter circuit output current signal,the output voltage feedback,segmented intelligent wireless charging loop control of the mobile phone battery is realized.In addition,the control system is also in charge of the real-time monitoring of the operating status of the charging process for security protection.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the magnetically coupled resonant wirelesscharging platform is proposed,and the coupled magnetic resonances is accomplished.Based on a series of performance tests of the system,the experimental results show that this system can realize the efficient wireless charging,for further applications laid the foundation.
