Straw fiber particles of cement base material is to process waste straw in nature to different size particles,which are added to the cement-based composites in cement.Compared with the traditional building materials,raw materials distribute widely.And straw fiber particles of cement base material is low price,easy to product,superior performance,energy saving and environmental protection.It will be a very broad application prospects in the context of sustainable development of green health.In this paper,straw fiber particles is the main research object,which accounted for 5%,10%,15%,20%of the proportion of cement respectively.Then the physical and mechanical properties of the composites with different particle sizes and different dosage were studied.In order to verify the feasibility of its practical application further,select a set of test pieces to make into straw fiber particles cement board,and analyze the advantages of the performance by using the low cycle repeated load.In order to achieve the production of standard consistency,the addition of straw fibers increase the actual water consumption of cement based material.The effect of the addition of filamentous straw fiber is greater than the particle like straw fiber.In the cement based materials with fine particles,as the the particle size of the rice straw fiber get smaller,the water consumption of the composite cement base material is correspondingly increased.In addition,with the increase of the content of the straw fiber,the water consumption correspondingly increases in different degrees.In terms of setting time,specimen with filamentous straw fiber particles is longer.When the content get more than 20%.the material can not be condensed be in a loose.The setting time of the test piece prolonged with the diminution of the particle size and the content of the particles.The addition of rice straw fiber particles significantly changed the physical and mechanical properties of the cement based materials.As to tensile strength and compressive strength,specimen with practical size between 20 mesh with 80 mesh change not so obvious.With the increase of the content of rice straw fiber particles,the strength values of the specimens were decreased in different degrees.In the aspect of anti impact performance,the straw fiber particles improve the brittleness of the cement base and the impact resistance is improved effectively.The bigger size of the particle,the impact resistance performance is more obvious.With the increase of the content of rice straw fiber,the extreme energy of the external load increases first and then decreases,and the maximum value reaches at the content of 10%.In the aspect of sound insulation,with the increase of particle size and the content of rice straw fiber,composite cement based materials gradually showed superior performance,and the maximum sound insulation performance of this test can be increased by more than 20NB.After low cyclic loading,we can see that compared with the ordinary red brick structure,the maximum load and the maximum displacement of the cement plate are increased by 39.44%and 80.22%respectively.Besides,energy dissipation capacity increased by 32.3%.If optimized,the composite cement plate is an ideal seismic building material.
