Yingxian ancient wooden pagoda has been built in Liao dynasty with a history of 961 years,is the oldest wooden architecture existing in the world.Altogether there are 9 Ming main beds and Flat beds.After a thousand years of wind and rain,several strong earthquakes and warlords war,the column of second floor occurred more serious tilt.State Administration of Cultural Heritage has organized safety monitoring analysis,to provide reliable data for the tower repair work.In this paper,the maintenance and reinforcement of Yingxian Wood Tower safety monitoring engineering research,the main research work is as follows:1.Study on the establishment and monitoring of wooden tower monitoring systemYingxian wood pagoda is a tall wooden structure of the building,according to the maintenance of safety monitoring requirements during the monitoring content to be able to reflect the overall changes in the pagoda and the key details of the structural changes,due to on-site environmental reasons,observation conditions are limited,how to effectively establish Observation system and implemented as the key to the safety monitoring of the pagoda.Based on the analysis of the field environment,the paper adopts the combination of artificial observation and automatic observation,the observation observation of the external observation and internal observation of the wooden tower.The observation of the whole deformation of the pagoda is carried out,and the displacement of the pilots is analyzed.Leveling methods are combined.2.Based on the quaternion method of total station data mosaic methodYingxian wood pagoda is a change in the external observation of ground control observation pier by using polar coordinate method to monitor the tower outside the tank column,and internal observation adopts observation method of free station multi angle,how to make the internal data unified to the external ground observation reference system? It is the key to the tower data processing.Therefore,combined with the distribution of Yingxian Wood Pagoda monitoring point,The paper puts forward the method of setting up the data of free station of total station based on quaternion method.According to the observation error,the gross error detection algorithm to eliminat the low precision monitoring data,the realization of the unity of internal and external observation tower ground reference system.3.Expression and analysis of deformation for wooden pagodaThe monitoring data only reflect the change of the coordinate of the monitoring point.We must change the coordinates of the monitoring point into the overall change of the wood pagoda and the details of the structural changes,so as to analyze the deformation of the pagoda as a whole and the key detail structure.For the monitoring of the wood pagoda,Analysis and presentation of the wood pagoda deformation is the top priority of the safety monitoring of the wood pagoda repair and reinforcement.We can according to the observation data of the outer tank column,to study the robust estimate of the fitting wood pagoda layers.According to the coordinates of the center of the wood pagoda combined with the linear line equation of the wood pagoda are fitted to fit the central axis of the wood pagoda,calculate the tilt parameters and analyze the overall tilt of the wood pagoda;We can according to the free station observation results of the tower dealing with stitching method to calculate the tilt parameters of the twocolumn column of the wood pagoda.We also studied the tilt change by using normal and tangential and expressing the column;and calculated the displacement of the column in the normal and tangential;By analyzing the difference in the amplitude of the two monitoring points with the observed time difference;We can be sure that the displacement amplitude is related to the self-shock and wind force of the wood pagoda;By studying and analyzing the sedimentation monitoring data,we can grasp the stability of the wood pagoda.4.Construction and Application of Data Processing and Analysis System for Wood Pagoda MonitoringThe data of the wood pagoda monitoring system is huge,and manual processing and analysis of monitoring data are powerless.The paper studies the management and analysis system of wood pagoda monitoring data by computer technology,and realizes the management,calculation and analysis of the monitoring data of the wood pagoda.It is an indispensable part of the paper to study the construction of wood pagoda monitoring information system.The system can process and analyze the displacement data of the outside the tank column observed by the polar coordinate method,and it can also be spliced to process and analyze data on the tower free station,meanwhile,it is also possible to carry out the processing and analysis of the monitoring data of the wood pagoda settlement.
