With the rapid development of the economy,the area of public buildings in our country is increasing continuously.Most air-conditioning systems in the new public buildings and the old public buildings in our country are characterized by high energy consumption,high maintenance cost and short life cycle.Hvac system energy consumption accounting for about 40% ~ 60% of the energy consumption of public buildings and the energy consumption of air conditioning system occupying very large proportion in the summer,The energy-saving work of the central air conditioning system of public buildings has become the focus of energy conservation.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for building energy efficiency and green building development have identified the goal to reclaim 100 million square meters of public buildings and arranged the main tasks to improve energy efficiency and energy efficiency managemen.At present,as the public building management has raised the high demand for energy efficiency a nd energy cost control of the air-conditioning system and the market demand of energy-saving technology service has gradually expanded,The market has put forward higher requirements for the quality and effect of energy efficiency of air-conditioning system.In order to improve the efficiency of the public buildings air conditioning system,save energy,reduce the operating cost,meet the customers' demand for energy efficiency,It is of great significance to study the energy efficiency indexes of public buildings air conditioning system and give the energy saving technology solution to the energy efficiency of the air-conditioning system.Based on the testing data for the room verage temperature in the public building,temperature difference of freezing water,temperature difference of cooling wate,the COP,water pump efficiency,EER,fan power consumption per unit air volume.This project calculates the energy efficiency indexes of various parts through data analysis.We found the non-efficient running link by comparing the energy efficiency indicators to the national standard for energy efficiency.Main problem is the low efficiency of water chiller refrigeration,air conditioning system matching unreasonable demand,small load with energy waste,high frequency of the water pump,the scale of the water system and the low automation of the whole air-conditioning system.Finally,we analyzed the problems,and puts forward corresponding according to the specific situation of each part of system energy saving retrofit scheme,and the energy conservation benefit,economic benefits and environmental benefits.This paper analyzes the investment recovery period and gives the data model of the investment recovery period and the specific recovery time.The main conclusions :Through the testing for the water temperature difference of chilled water and the cooling water,COP,the room verage temperature in the public building,The influence of the energy efficiency indexes of the air-conditioning system was analyzed,including the chilled water system,the cooling water system and the Room load.Through the testing for the water pump efficiency of cooling water pump and freezing water pump,We studied the problem of water pump efficiency running in the non-efficient region,and analyzed the influence of the refrigeration unit and the water pump configuration matching on the energy efficiency indexes.The energy-saving and economic benefits are improved by adopting the water pump frequency conversion technology,the refrigeration system descaling technology and the building equipment control technology.The significance of the research conclusion: this method that test and analyze actual data of this air-conditional system can be used in different environments.By Actual-analyzed method,it is easier to find out energy-wasting problems.Then achieve economical benefits by taking technological matures to improve energy efficiency.Actual-analyzed method is a scientific way to improve operation efficiency,which is significant for air-conditional system.
