Research On The Application Of Retaining Structure In Urban Road Construction

During the process of Urban Road Construction,in the case of the need for trenching operations in the comparatively close distance between the side perimeter of the road and the outline of existing buildings which could not be demolished,permanent side slope retaining structure design and construction should be implemented due to space limitations;besides,during the process of bridge substructure construction in the side slope of an important urban road,lapped by existing traffic which could not be cut off,temporary side slope retaining structure design and construction should be implemented due to space limitations.According to the comparison and analysis of the features and purposes of Reinforced concrete cantilever retaining wall,Reinforced concrete counterfort retaining wall and Reinforced earth retaining wall,etc,we found out that the retaining walls motioned-before could not meet the requirement of being applied in the construction zone near existing buildings.In this lecture,we studied the permanent retaining structure of Pile-slab combination retaining wall to solve the operational problem efficiently under that specified working condition.During the process of bridge substructure construction in the side slope of an important urban road,the application of Soil nailing wall,Steel sheet pile and Pile anchor could barely meet the construction requirement.In this lecture,we studied the temporary Soil nailing wall with micro pile supporting system,which had comparatively more advantages and better effects in applications.In this lecture,through comparing with other constant retaining structures,analyzing the compatibility,technical viability and economy efficiency,we eventually chose the Pile-slab combination retaining wall and the Soil nailing wall with micro pile supporting system for construction.This lecture presents the mechanical analysis and principal of these two retaining structures.We also calculated and analyzed the data of these retaining structures by means of the Mechanism design procedure.The lecture illustrates the project confirmation in the specified circumstance,analysis of the manufacture procedure of Pile-slab combination retaining wall and Soil nailing wall with micro pile supporting system,it presents the requirements of the project and quality control as well.Valid construction design and quality control could ensure the construction project operating progressively while the status of security and economy efficiency are under control.
