The Global Climate Conference(IPPC)points out that human activities are the main cause of the natural environment and that global temperatures will continue to rise.As human transform nature to meet their own needs,urbanization influence and greening of the construction industry and low or even zero carbide carbide rising trend.Is located in the changbai mountain in jilin province near the volcanic landscape belt contains a large number of cinder and basalt resources.In this paper,by use of green building materials change admixture reasonable distribution to improve the performance of light aggregate concrete,adding basalt fiber to improve crack resistance,the basalt fibers surface chemical inertness combined with concrete problems,poor ability of with NaOH and sodium silicate modified basalt fiber,the preparation of high performance of cinder light aggregate concrete.Specific work content is as follows:(1)By using the orthogonal experiment to improve the workability of the lightweight aggregate concrete,optimization of gelled material gradation,improve the cinder of light aggregate concrete mechanics and durability.(2)Based on lightweight aggregate concrete cracking easily,brittle,etc.To take in light aggregate trass concrete adding basalt fiber technology to improve light aggregate cinder concrete toughness,easy cracking and inhibition of light aggregate concrete problems.The experiment proved that adding basalt fiber not only enhance the toughness of light aggregate concrete,improve the crack resistance,and solve the problem of light aggregate concrete segregation,and volcanic slag of light aggregate concrete frost resistance improved.(3)The basalt fiber with high elastic modulus,good mechanical properties,but its surface chemical inertness problems.In order to make full use of its excellent mechanical properties,basalt fiber modified by NaOH and sodium silicate from alkali concentration,temperature,time,etc,the research and discussion.(4)The use of basalt fiber and modified active silica fume mixing,forming a band in the surface of basalt fiber type protective layer,after joining cinder light aggregate concrete,increases the basalt fiber surface with gelled material mechanical bite,enhance the strength and improve the workability,increasing the compactness.(5)The frost resistance in the northern city of construction industry is an important index,study the benchmark cinder cinder light aggregate concrete,basalt fiber lightweight aggregate concrete,modified basalt fibre cinder light aggregate concrete frost resistance.Tests show that the addition of basalt fiber greatly increase the workability of concrete and compaction degree,improve the pore structure and improve the cinder of light aggregate concrete frost resistance.
