Research Based On Small Neutron Imager Of Multi-function Bearing Platform Design And Movement Characteristics

This project is based on the development of the "Multifunctional Bearer System"(Project No.2012YQ13022602),a sub-mission of a mobile neutron imaging detector based on a small accelerator neutron source(Item No:2012YQ130226).The project is mainly to study the small neutron detector supporting bearing system so as to detect the special parts,large components automaticly.The load-bearing system is suitable for carrying a small neutron imaging detector,so as to make the system can detect omnidirectionally in the plane and do lifting adjustment.According to its functional requirements to design the key components design and study its movement characteristics:Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of Mecanum wheel and the improved roller modeling method,the roller and the hub structure are designed.The Mecanum wheel is modeled by Matlab analysis software,and the Mecanum wheel model is established and the bearing characteristics of the wheel are analyzed.The two-dimensional kinematic model of the load-bearing platform with eight-wheel structure is designed by using the combination method.The kinematic characteristics of the virtual prototyping of eight rounds are analyzed by Adams.To carry out prototype structure design,electrical hardware design,PC software design and develop the function of the prototype completely.According to the specific implementation of the prototype to test the experimental design,the performance of the prototype for the reliability and stability testing.Finally,make the physical prototype of the neutron imaging detector is equipped.
