BFRP bar is a kind of new type can replace steel corrosion reinforcement material,in this paper,the existing BFRP reinforced concrete structure of the literature,the survey found when bending the structure shows the characteristic of the large deflection and crack,and found in the literature research in ordinary concrete mixed with chopped basalt fibers can effectively improve the toughness and crack resistance of concrete.Therefore,this article puts forward the BFRP adding chopped basalt fibers reinforced concrete structure in order to improve its larger crack and deflection.According to the result of literature research,combined with the actual conditions,this paper analyzes the chopped basalt fiber content and longitudinal BFRP reinforcement reinforcement ratio on the properties of BFRP steel fiber concrete beam bending,BFRP reinforcement and fiber reinforced concrete material for the test,then design the BFRP steel fiber reinforced concrete bending test,and provides reference for the structure in the application of engineering.Main work can be expressed as the following four aspects:(1)Through standard of material test,the test used the actual basic performance of BFRP reinforcement and fiber reinforced concrete,for the BFRP flexural performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete beam components analysis to provide data support.(2)Through the working condition of 6 kinds of BFRP steel fiber reinforced concrete beam under bending test,obtained the test beam bending test,the crack deflection,bearing capacity and failure form of the experimental phenomena.Combined with the experimental phenomena are analyzed,the result of the test the BFRP reinforcement strain is obtained with the rule of load change,verified the structure still meet flat section assumption.(3)Based on the analysis of the BFRP under different dosage of basalt fiber reinforced fiber bending capacity of concrete beams.Draw after mixed with chopped basalt fibers can effectively improve the BFRP cracking load of steel fiber reinforced concrete beam,its promotion effect increases with the increase of fiber content first decreases,and after under various operating conditions in this experiment,the chopped basalt fiber content is 0.4%,the cracking load increases,the largest up to 60%.And mixed with chopped basalt fibers can effectively delay the development of the cracks,the largest of BFRP steel fiber reinforced concrete beam crack development is more average.(4)Through the analysis of BFRP under different reinforcement ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete beam bending performance.Draw a BFRP reinforcement beam cracking load with the reinforcement ratio changed little;But the ultimate load of BFRP reinforcement beam decreases with the decrease of the reinforcement ratio,and reduce the magnitude of the linear change.BFRP reinforcement beam deflection decreases with the increase of reinforcement ratio,but decrease the magnitude of the obvious difference,when reinforcement ratio is small,the deflection along with the increase of steel reinforcement ratio decreasing amplitude is not obvious,an average of around 10%;When reinforcement ratio is larger,the deflection along with the increase of longitudinal BFRP reinforcement reinforcement ratio decrease amplitude is larger,the average is about 43%.
