With the progress of society and the development of economy, people pay more attention to the indoor environment quality and bring more Building energy consumption.Since twenty-first Century, due to the increasingly prominent energy problem, all of the countries in the world has begun to focus on energy issues.Building energy conservation has become a common concern of all countries in the world.Passive low energy buildings originated in Germany, through the building envelope thermal performance, rational use of high building air tightness and passive technology can minimize the use of active energy construction,at the same time provide a good indoor environment. In recent years, through the demonstration project construction of passive building in China, the building energy conservation has been guided to the construction of passive and low energy consumption. In this paper,we use the passive office building demonstration project in the cold area of our country as the research object, first of all, according to the actual situation of the project to establish the model of energy consumption analysis through building energy analysis software, and compare with the general energy-saving building, analysis the energy saving of the passive low-energy building.Secondly,in order to analyze the indoor environment quality of the passive office building, the objective evaluation is carried out by four indexes: thermal environment, light environment, wind environment and sound environment. Finally, through the analysis of the construction cost and the benefit of the passive low energy office building, this paper makes a simple analysis on the economy of the passive low energy consumption building.
