Steam pipe is one of the most important parts of the thermal power unit,due to the role of high temperature and pressure,the steam pipe will have a great displacement.If the displacement of the steam pipe is too large,it may cause the rupture of the steam,resulting in an extremely serious accident.Therefore,the steam pipe displacement monitoring is of great significance to the normal operation of the power plant.Traditional steam pipe displacement monitoring method is using a needle to stick the coordinate grid,not only inefficient,heavy workload,but also low data accuracy,poor data real time.Based on the background above,a set of main steam pipe displacement monitoring system based on close-range photogrammetry is designed in this paper.Firstly,the application of non-measuring camera in displacement monitoring and structural monitoring is studied.According to the specific steam pipe displacement monitoring,the characteristics of steam pipe displacement and the monitoring environment are analyzed.the technical indexes and method of the system are briefly introduced,that is,Proportional coefficient method based on one camera.Then,the system is designed from the aspects of hardware system,software system and operation flow.According to the requirements and characteristics of steam pipe displacement monitoring,the hardware parameters are calculated and cameras,lens and observation targets are selected and refitted.For the specific monitoring point type,the hardware platform construction method and the principle behind the method are introduced.In order to get the steam pipe displacement,Image collected by the camera,need to go through the process of center positioning,distortion correction,displacement calculation.This paper analyzes several kinds of errors existing in the system:designs an experiment to analyze the accuracy of the central location of the spot,The geometric relationship is used to analyze the parallelism installation error of the observation target and the image plane,the displacement error caused by the rotation of the observation target,the scale error caused by the installation error and the center positioning error,the final displacement accuracy.The software development work of the main steam pipe displacement monitoring is completed,and the monitoring precision of the displacement is analyzed.Finally,the application of the system is introduced in combination with the actual steam pipe displacement monitoring project.In this paper,a remote displacement measurement system of main steam pipe based on close-range photogrammetry technology is built by using non-measuring camera.Through theoretical and experimental analysis,it is proved that the precision can meet the design requirements.Thus,a reliable and efficient way for the power plant steam pipe displacement monitoring is provided.
