Concentrating Solar Power(CSP)is a prospect study direction in solar energy utilization,for its clean and stability.Heliostat is the main components of a CSP system,which used for solar collection,it's accuracy and stability during solar collection have important significance for CSP's power generation and safety,thus,the control system of a heliostat is an important research direction in CSP.This paper launched researches on the heliostat light spot,which obtained in the calibrating state of heliostat's open-loop control system.This paper realized the control of solar collection,measurement of deviation between light spot center and target point,light spot deviation data processing,finally completed an automatic heliostat light spot deviation processing system.Researches and innovation of this paper can be categorized into four factors:(1)Studied the solar collection procedure of heliostat' s open-loop control system,Analysis a method to independently control sun position calculation and solar collection.(2)A heliostat light spot deviation measurement system consists of camera,marked white-board,and a computer with image processing algorithm was used to measure the deviation between heliostat' s light spot center and white-board center,this system took camera-shake factor in charge and worked efficient and accurate to obtain the light spot's deviation data.(3)For the perturbation and sparsity of heliostat's light spot deviation data obtained from one calibrating day,this paper put forward an improved extreme learning machine algorithm to better fit the measured heliostat's light spot deviation data,and output reliable heliostat light spot deviation curve in one day.(4)Combined above works,this paper designed an automatic heliostat light spot deviation processing system to completely realize the transformation procedure from heliostat's light spot images of one day to light spot's deviation curve,finally this system was simulated,and output effective results.In this paper,an automatic heliostat light spot deviation processing system is developed,and it improved efficient learning of heliostat light spot deviation curve,it's helpful for the calculating of heliostat rotation axis in calibrating state.
