The purpose of the paper is to study a new type of composite structure for two kinds of light steel and foam concrete,and applied to the load-bearing system in the future.Foam concrete is used as an insulating material for building structures,it has light weight,heat preservation and fire resistance and other advantages.Combine light steel with foam concrete,made the Light steel and foam concrete composite floor slab,and Light steel-foam concrete one-way slab are taken as the basic research contents.This component has the characteristics of light weight,high strength,strong earthquake resistance,environmental protection and other advantages,it solves the disadvantages of poor fire resistance in the combined structure.In this paper,we use the way of combination of finite element and mechanical test,it is intended to clarify the failure mechanism of light steel-foam concrete combined one-way slab.The main contents of the study include:summed up the destruction of the composite slab,observe cracks development,determine ultimate bearing capacity and the influence of different factors on the mechanical properties of the composite slab.It provides the theoretical basis for the further improvement of theory and formula derivation.First of all,the design of the light steel-foam concrete composite one-way slab,including cross-section design and component dimensions,the simulation model is established combined with the finite element software,analysis force of model,use the simulated data to guide the test,and verify the correctness of the simulation with the test results.Manufacture component of light steel foam concrete one-way slab,then design mechanical bending test of composite slab.The failure stages of the composite slab were summarized by observing the failure process of it.It is concluded that the composite slab destroyed is by the foam concrete crushed in the compression zone.The whole process of damage is reasonable,is a ductile damage.The accuracy of finite element method in structural analysis is proved by comparing the numerical results with the experimental results.The influence of several factors on the bearing capacity,overall stiffness and failure mechanism of the composite slab was analyzed by finite element method.Factors included foam concrete density grade,light steel strength,light steel layout spacing,distribution transverse strip spacing and composite plate protective layer thickness.The contents of this paper do not consider the slip of the two materials,when making test components,set up sufficient shear connectors,to reduce the effect of slip on the results.
