Job shop scheduling is one of the significant factors in manufacture,which can greatly improve the production benefit and reduce the production cost bases on the research and application of effective scheduling methods and optimization technology.With the proposed strategy of Made in China 2025 and the Age of Industry 4.0,Job shop scheduling is confronted with a higher standard.The study in optimizing job shop scheduling and multipurpose batch is of important academic significance and applied value to achieve the transition from excess capacity to zero inventory.This paper firstly introduces the concept,classification,characteristics and the current progress on the research work of job shop scheduling problem,but also the basic principle,process and characteristics of genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization,especially the genetic operators and characteristic analysis of genetic algorithm.Secondly,it builds the mathematical model of job shop scheduling and multipurpose batch,base on the multi process constraint.And there is the discussion on two processes of the job shop scheduling and multipurpose batch.This paper also discusses the approaches of job shop scheduling and multipurpose batch processes.Moreover,for optimizing the production cycle,it provides the lingo algorithm bases on the integrated framework and mathematical model of serial cooperative scheduling in multi process machining.A simulation example on serial cooperative method given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approaches,whose production cycle is the sum of job shop scheduling and multipurpose batch;On the other hand,there is also the discussion on the the approaches of job shop scheduling and processing batch co-scheduling for optimizing the production cycle.It provides the particle swarm algorithm for optimizing the genetic algorithm of job shop scheduling as well as processing batch.Then a simulation example on processing batch co-scheduling method given to demonstrate this approach is of better distributing efficiency,whose production cycle is significantly shorter than the one of multipurpose batch processes.Finally,the paper integrates the research findings and base on the background of enterprise production it develops the system of production scheduling.
