| In recent years,facilities of urban rail traffic are rapidly developed to alleviate the traffic pressure.So far,the assembly of trains heavily depend on manual me asuring,which is easily influenced by subjective factors with low accuracy and efficiency.So a automated train contour measuring system is urgent needed.In ordor to get the contour of a train automatedly,a train’s contour measu ring system based on line-structured laser is established.The measuring principle,image process,calibrations of cameras are discussed.With the measuring device s etted up,the experiments are finished,which prove that the measuring device en sures a precision of 0.5 millimeter when applied in the measurement of a train’s contour.The main contents are as follows:1.Establishing the mathematical model of the system,selecting the key comp onents based on the measurement requirements and the measuring princ iple.2.Designing the mechanical structure of measurement platform,establish th e measuring system.3.In the joint calibration of multi-cameras,different method are compared,through which the finall calibration method is selected to form a flow calibration scheme.4.Experiments are carried out to get the measured contour of a train.Op timization of the scheme is gained by analysing the errors.The experiments show that a train’s contour can be successfully obtained b y the designed measuring device with high accuracy and efficiency,the error ca used by manual measuring are voided. |
