At present,China has entered a new period of 13th Five-Year planning,sustainable development is becoming more and more important in the planning,with the development of modernization,the contradiction between resource consumption and social development intensified.Building energy consumption is increasing with the development of modern buildingin,building energy consumption has reached twenty-seven percent of the proportion of the national total energy consumption,it has caught up with the industrial energy consumption and transportation energy consumption pace to become the third largest energy consumption industry,and with the continuous development of urbanization,the total construction area is increasing,at the same time,along with the gradually towards the moderately prosperous society,the living standard of the people continuously improve,and the living conditions of the requirements has been asked for a corresponding increase,so the building energy consumption will continue to rise in the next period of time.The building energy consumption in the cold regions of the north for herting and in the hot regions of the south for cooling has been twenty percent,so the energy saving buildings will be an important way to reduce energy consumption in buildings.The exterior structure of buildings and public buildings is the main structural system to maintain the internal temperature of buildings.Therefore,it is an important breakthrough to improve the retaining temperature of buildings by constantly improving the outer enclosure structure.In order to reduce the energy consumption of buildings and public buildings,considered to reduce heat conduction between the internal and external environment through the reduced thermal conductivity of the envelope,in order to reduce the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning cooling generated.At present,there are many researches on the reduction of heat transfer in the external wall.In this paper,the weak point of the beam which is easy to produce cold bridge is studied.In order to reduce the heat conduction and reduce the thermal conductivity,the concrete is mainly considered to improve the thermal conductivity of concrete by adding vitrified microsphere material in the process of concrete mixing.But according to the existing test of concrete by adding glass beads by literature review,it can be found that with the adding of the glass beads,its thermal conductivity is significantly reduced,the overall weight also reduced a lot,but the mechanical properties of concrete is reduced.Considering the defects of the overall environmental problems and after adding low strength design,the use of environmentally friendly materials,using recycled aggregate to replace part of natural aggregate,in order to improve its strength is relatively low,this design added illite clay mineral admixture,and adding basalt fiber.The experiment is carried out in the following aspects:(1)ordinary concrete specimens with different illite clay content and glazed hollow bead concrete specimens containing illite clay and basalt fiber were made to test their compressive strength.Test data analysis shows that illite clay has 6%compressive strength to ordinary concrete;illite clay and basalt fiber have 11%and 3%compressive strength of glazed microsphere concrete respectively;(2)the design of 9 beam components,three point loading test of the components,the test parameters were analyzed.The test shows that the glazed hollow bead reinforced concrete beams with the same process with ordinary concrete,illite clay and basalt fiber can add bearing capacity and flexural stiffness of bending beams effectively improve;(3)according to the test data,the glass beads of recycled concrete beam is approximately consistent with the assumption of plane section,the ultimate flexural capacity is calculated,and the calculation result is slightly less than the ratio is close to 1 test value,the bearing capacity formula can effectively test the glass bead mixing capacity of concrete beams;and according to the the deflection data test,found the glass beads of the recycled concrete beam deflection changes,and derive the formula of deflection of the new;(4)of the 9 component of the nonlinear finite element analysis,simulation and component test records are compared,the simulation results accord with the experimental conditions,that can be vitrified micro bead concrete beam can be aided by the finite element software;(5)according to the experimental research,theoretical analysis and computer simulation results,the paper puts forward the project design proposal and research prospect of the concrete beam.
