Multi-stage planetary gear transmission system is widely used in complex machinery,such as large wind equipment with power generation,mining machinery and shield machines etc,It is popular in the industry because of its own advantage,such as compact structure,large transmission ratio,high load capacity and stable transmission etc.However,with complex structure,complex dynamic coupling and rich nonlinear factors,it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of dynamic modeling of multi-stage planetary gear device.The not deep enough study of dynamic characteristics lead that the development and application of multistage planetary gear is restricted and the analysis of vibration and noise of multi-stage planetary gear are based on the research of dynamics.Vibration and noise not only affect the working environment,but also reduced the normal operation life of the equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance in engineering application and theoretical research that further studied the dynamic characteristics of multi-stage planetary gear transmission system.In this paper,based on the multi-stage planetary gear transmission system,considering the friction and friction coefficient of the tooth surface,Which lays the foundation for the dynamic fine modeling and structural optimization of the multi-stage planetary gear transmission system;the analysis of the bifurcation characteristics of backlash that made research on the dynamic characteristics of multi-stage planetary gear transmission system more abundant,and made the research of the paper more integrity.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Nonlinear coupling torsional dynamic model of multi-stage planetary gear transmission system was developed with considering the factors such as tooth surface friction,time-varying meshing stiffness,box coupling relationship and coupling relationship between stages,the vibration response of the planetary gear transmission system under the different friction coefficients were obtained by the numerical method and the vibration amplitude of each component under different friction coefficients is compared,simultaneously estimated the RMS response at different rotational speeds when μ=0.01;the lubrication of friction is classified and the calculation methods of friction coefficient under various conditions are analyzed comprehensively,and considering time-varying effects of tooth surface friction under fluid lubrication,the vibration response of the parametric excitation was obtained by the numerical method.Based on the characteristics of backlash,tooth surface friction,time-varying meshing stiffness,coupling relationship and so on,the nonlinear dimensionless of multi-stage planetary gear transmission system is deduced,the nonlinear vibration characteristics of the transmission system under the excitation frequency are obtained,and the phase diagram and Poincare section are used to explain the way to chaos.Built the multi-stage planetary transmission test platform by the form of back-to-back and the vibration testing of 2-stage planetary gearbox was performed;simultaneously the phase diagram and Poincare diagram of Z direction of each measuring point are obtained.
