The heat source tower is a kind of system which can use the air as the cold heat source in each season,and is not troubled by the air source heat pump frosting and so on.With the development of heat source tower system in recent years,whether it is theoretical research or practical exploration,have achieved certain results.In practical applications,the heat tower in the summer is used as an efficient cooling tower,winter and transition season for heating.With the heat tower is constantly being applied to the actual project,the heat source heat exchanger can not meet their own quarterly problems gradually appear.Therefore,the heat source tower in the summer,transition season and winter heat transfer ratio between the heat source tower and heat source tower system design has a guiding significance.At present,the ratio of heat transfer between the summer and the transition season heat source tower is in the blank stage.In this paper,the parameters needed for the numerical simulation are measured by the experimental platform.The results of the experiment are used to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation,so as to ensure the accuracy of the numerical simulation.A wide range of heat source tower,the current application of a wide range of open cross-flow heat source tower.Therefore,the open cross-flow heat source tower for the study.In the numerical simulation,numerical simulation is carried out by FLUENT software,and a more appropriate mass inlet is selected at the boundary condition of the air inlet,and the numerical simulation method is improved.It can be seen from the simulation results of velocity distribution and pressure distribution in the tower that the velocity and pressure distributions in the tower are more reasonable at the air inlet by improving the boundary condition of the air inlet.Using this method,the ratio of heat transfer between the transitional season and the summer heat source is calculated.The ratio is between 0.18 and 0.62.Based on the theory of similarity,a model experiment platform of heat source tower system was built.Under the premise of the air volume and water quantity of the heat source tower system,the inlet and outlet temperature and humidity of inlet and outlet water temperature of the data records.The airflow,water volume,inlet air temperature and inlet water temperature in the experimental data are used as initial conditions and boundary conditions for numerical simulation.The outlet water temperature recorded in the experiment is used to verify the accuracy of numerical simulation.The experimental results show that the measured outlet water temperature is close to the outlet water temperature in the numerical simulation results under the condition that the system air flow and water quantity are certain,indicating that the numerical simulation results are accurate.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the numerical simulation method and use the numerical simulation method to calculate the ratio of the heat transfer tower in the transitional season and the summer heat transfer under different conditions,and to provide a reference for the design of heat source tower and heat source tower system reference.
