At present,the scientific theory has been developing continuously,the technical level has been improved,and the electric power quality.Therefore,in order to guarantee the power quality is the premise to ensure a stable supply of power system,safe operation,energy saving and economy as the core,to enhance the maximum variety of electrical equipment with electrical efficiency,has beco me an important direction of the development of electric power technology.Through the installation of all kinds of reactive power compensation device and equipment for reactive power supply equipment to reduce output,increase load capacity,reduce unit c ost;through the power factor to enhance the overall electricity load and power supply system,in order to reduce the loss of active power.In addition,maintaining the voltage stability of power grid system,controlling the network frequency fluctuation o f power grid system has become an indispensable important factor for power generation,transmission and distribution to maintain the normal operation.In this paper,the reactive power compensation in Baoding power grid,analyzes the technology and application status in compensation method,static var generator control method and compensation strategy of SVG static var generator.Study on a new type of reactive power compensation device of-SVG type static var generator,control algorithm of power electronic control platform research and high effective variable flow device,digital control and protection system design,process design of high voltage power module,change to achieve real-time tracking of the system parameters,and according to the size and nature of the change control of reactive power output,to reduce the loss of line in the shortest possible time,improve power factor,stable voltage level,eliminate voltage fluctuation and flicker to.The operation results show that by using the adaptive step modulation strategy,real-time analysis using dual Fu Liye transform connected 23 times harmonic impedance voltage vector,according to the selected harmonic elimination method to adjust the chain structure of each unit of the IGBT single-phase H bridge gate pulse sequence;built-in SVG interface and interactive group to adapt to the grid computing model,dynamic adjustment with SSSC SVC and FACTS element;by Zhou Bo analysis and system impedance of three-phase voltage vector,additional automatic transformer DC bias control,the reactive power balance,reduce line losses,improve power factor,power system stability enhancement.
