Some small photovoltaic power stations can be built on the load side for improving the power supply capacity of distribution network to ensure the regional power supply and demand balance.Because of the narrow terrain of Dandong City,there is some weakness in Dandong regional power grid.For example,the connection between each primary substation is not closely linked;load capacity of contact line is poor;lack of mutual supply capacity of distribution network;ability to resist natural disasters is poor etc.Penghai area in Kuandian County located at the edge of Dandong City so the above phenomenon is particularly serious.Kuandian County is a mountainous area,the forest coverage rate is high,and the natural environment is good,which is suitable for the use of clean and renewable energy.Therefore,it is feasible to build photovoltaic power station to solve the problem of electricity consumption in the area.Through deepen understanding of the photovoltaic power generation industry,combined with the current situation of Dandong power grid,this thesis analyzes the Kuandian power grid configuration and the natural environment as well as other factors,to determine the location of the power station and power supply path.According to the load forecasting and the future development demand in Dandong,combined with the actual research and analysis as well as relevant electrical calculation results,against the situation of power assembly in Kuandian area,with comparison of economic and technical programs,which determine the reasonable scale of power station and transmission path.According to the State Grid Corp and the power industry requirements,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the photovoltaic power station electrical primary equipment,relay protection and two part devices,accessing to the power system information platform,and ultimately achieves the purpose of easing the power supply in the region.
