The use of fossil energy has brought great progress to the industrial development and social life,but its disadvantages have become a difficult problem for the development of human beings.Chemical Looping Combustion is a new kind of CO2 capture technology,which has low energy consumption,high efficiency and great development prospect.Pressurization is a necessary step in the application of CLC to the industry.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flow characteristics of two-phase flow and the chemical reaction in the fuel reactor.The results are as follows.The flow pattern of gas-solid two-phase flow in a two dimensional combustion reactor of chemical chain combustion under normal pressure and boost pressure was simulated.The results show that the flow distribution of temperature and pressure will make the gas-solid two-phase flow is more uniform,and the time of bubbling bed change to fluidized bed becomes shorter.Increasing the pressure and the speed of inlet air flow will make the bed height and velocity of gas increase.The critical fluidization velocity decreased with the pressure Increase.The chemical mechanism of the reaction of CO and Fe2O3 and the effects of pressure and temperature on the chemical reaction were analyzed by the kinetic model of unreacted core mode.The pressurized CLC of CO and Fe2O3 was simulated.The results show that the pressure and temperature can effectively accelerate the reaction rate and conversion rate of gas.In a certain range,increasing the amount of gas fuel is conducive to the reduction of the reaction to the positive direction.Chemical reaction will make the bed height increase,and the gas rise rate and the pressure drop of the bed decreases.Pressure and temperature and gas fuel volume will affect the characteristics of the fluidized bed because of the i MPact of chemical reactions.
