To meet the international development trend of Informationization of medical services,China is gradually accelerate the pace of medical information.In modern medicine,for cardiovascular diseases that threaten human health and safety,ECG data for heart health evaluation,analysis and diagnosis of diseases has an important role.ECG in checking and monitoring the process of information and unified device interfaces,standardized data format,the establishment of diagnostic criteria for ECG analysis,on the promotion of network system,a comprehensive electronic medical record data and build health systems are important.In this paper,through the analysis of the status quo of clinical hospital at present,and combined with the domestic research and production of ECG manufacturers market research,make full use of existing technology,in-depth study of the ECG machine,we put forward the ECG data acquisition mode,through 24 and 8 channel A/D integrated 1KHz module with high sampling rate ECG data for subsequent digital algorithm processing.We have studied and analyzed the digital signal processing technology,including digital filtering,feature extraction,error detection,warning and so on,which can meet the requirements of automatic diagnosis.While we have researched the Wi-Fi of ECG device and 3G network interface,and realized the equipment and medical information systems and data exchange.The ECG data and analysis results were collected by Standard Specification for open storage and transmission format of HL7aECG.Finally,based on the study of the existing ECG automatic diagnosis based on the results of the analysis,we put forward to our electrophysiological parameters into consideration and establish the physiological features of Chinese standard,the ECG analysis system is more suitable for the physical characteristics of Chinese people.After the test run in laboratory and medical organization,this electrocardiogram machine is proved to be suitable for the basic level community and the home patient examination,at the same time,the superior hospital can view real-time ECG and realize remote data acquisition,makes the basic general doctors or nurses that can operate with simple training.Meanwhile,the electrocardiogram machine can support remote ECG consultation platform,help to build regional healthcare information system,accelerate the health information.
