With the progress of human science and technology, electrical equipment has been widely used by human beings, power has become the most important form of energy in the process of production and life. From the beginning of using electrical equipment, power generation is dominated by thermal power plants.Although the electricity has made great contributions to the progress of human civilization, but since the second industrial revolution, coal and other mineral resources have been depleted by over exploitation. With the approaching of the energy crisis and the deterioration of the ecological environment, the development and utilization of clean and renewable energy has become the main way to solve the energy and ecological problems. In this context, the hybrid power mode witch based on solar thermal power and the biogas power generation to be the auxiliary can meet the current energy trends. But the form of solar power generation is too different from biogas power generation,to make two different forms of generation to coordinate work,it is necessary to have an intelligent control system to regulate and control the hybrid power supply process, and then to ensure the safe and stable operation of hybrid power supply system. In this paper,we design a set of biogas and solar energy complementary power supply control system, this control system to ensure the stable operation of the biogas and solar thermal mixed power supply process. This paper first describes the research background and the necessity of the development of clean energy, expounds the application of solar energy, biogas and the two kinds of complementary energy, and describes the using of automatic power switching device, explains the practical significance of this study. Then the paper introduces the biogas power generation system and thermal power generation system, design the structure of biogas and solar thermal hybrid power system, and explain the operation process of the control system in the power supply;designed the power supply control system, and expounds the function and the working process of each part of the system. In this paper, the design of the control system with STC89C52 microcontroller as the core, and in the hardware design part introduces the basic SCM circuit consist of oscillator circuit and reset circuit biogas, and then design the signal acquisition module, control module, manual control module, display module and alarm module, and the structure and function of each module are described in detail. Each module is integrated and designed by Protel software after the design of each module. After that, the control system is designed for PCB board,so that each module has a reasonable position on the PCB board. Finally, the PCB board for solid welding. In the part of software design, introduces the idea of modularization design, designed the main program of the control system of biogas and solar energy complementary power supply, selected voltage detection algorithm, and designed the software of each module of the control system. In the simulation process, under the premise of simulating the voltage signal of biogas and photovoltaic power supply system, through use the software of Proteus, simulated the automatic control part of the control system.Through the observation and comparison of the simulation results,we can see that the automatic control part achieves the design purpose. Finally, this paper made a summary of the full text at the end,and made a prospect to biogas and solar energy complementary power supply system. At the same time, this paper discusses the problems in the design process, and explains the content and direction of further research and design.
