An Analysis Of The Application Of Longchang Regional Culture In Theme Restaurant Design

With the rapidly development of economy,the material needs of people are increasing gradually.meanwhile,the dining environment requirements are also getting higher and higher,As a result,the single form of dinning environment cann’t meet people’s demands in the aspect of indoor environment.As for Longchang,the hometown of Chinese stone arches,it’s necessary to prob into the relationship between the design of dinning environment and the local culture in order to establish a multinational dinning place merge dinning,recreation and entertainment,different functions and different functions together.This article attempts to through the analysis and compare these different types of the local people,to draw the conclusions that the different consumers with deterrent demands about interior design.With China’s reform and opening up,the tourism develop so fast,to go out and the introduction of the concept to allow China’s economic development,Chinese Style is highly regarded in the world in recent years,creative design in catering space,how to avoid monotony style,it needs to analysis,refine and apply the characteristic Chinese elements in the regional culture to design.Although the studies on themes restaurant has been widely carried out by more and more researchers,none of them are focusing on the stone archers in Longchang.In order to guide the foundation of the cultural theme restaurant of stone archers academically,this paper explores the analysis,expression,importance,development and historical reason of the stone archers in Longchang to build a cultural and business feasibility framework of stone archers restaurant through a large number of on-site survey and online data collection and integration.After all the researches and surveys,the author has come to the conclusion as follow:(1)The research plays a key role while taking the stone archers as the themes of a restaurant both in culture and practice for the theme restaurant is a place combining culture,humanities,cooperation and exchange.(2)The differences of people’s needs from different social class,gender and age are an important concern in the design of the cultural theme restaurant.Therefore,while building a theme restaurant,many vital elements must be contained such as the scale of restaurant,space,communication,different functions,subject orientation and decoration.(3)The Dimension Design of the cultural theme restaurant should consider the size of the person,the space equivalents,furniture,and the human relationships,and also control the shape of design space through manipulating the size of those elements.(4)Because of the comprehensive design will improve the credibility of the local theme restaurants and meet the needs of different consumers in line with the development of times,we should pay more attention to the design of environment,product,facilities,service and names in the cultural theme restaurant design.(5)Combining the culture of stone archers with local characteristics of Longchang is useful and necessary to attract more people’s attentions.(6)In the part of design time,detailed examination of local stone archers culture is able to drive the development of local catering economy.In the design,the designer shall take the stone archer culture as a support to guide the design of theme restaurants and make it more cultural,ethnic,unique.
