In actual working conditions,the relative movement between the friction interfaces is not a single direction,but usually accompanied by two or more.Impact-sliding fretting wear means that tangential friction occurs simultaneously when mechanical components subjected to impact force.This combination of motion will increase the fretting wear process,because the wear surface will be subjected to punch cutting,chipping,and other features.The impact-sliding wear behavior occurs in many industry fields,such as nuclear power plant,mining machinery,marine drilling,aerospace,lunar landing,resulting in huge energy waste and potential safety hazard.Therefore,it is of great value to develop a testing machine which can simulate the impact-sliding wear.In this paper,the examples of impact-sliding wear in various engineering fields are summarized,and the development status,classification and characteristics of impact-sliding wear testing machine at home and abroad are summarized.According to the functional requirements and performance index,a new type of impact-sliding wear test machine was developed.In this paper,the development process of the impact-sliding wear test machine is as follows:(1)Completed the whole design of the test machineThis section introduced the principle of the mechanical system of the test rig and the selection calculation of the parts.Firstly,the requirement analysis of the testing rig is carried out,and the technical indexes are determined,and the structure and principle are analyzed.The test rig was designed by modularization,which can be divided into servo lifting module,impact motion module and tangential motion module.According to the requirements of the test rig,the performance,size,cost and purchasing cycle of each component are investigated,including the servo motor,the screw module,the voice coil motor,the piezoelectric sensor,the linear guide rail and the displacement sensor.Then,use the modern design methods and tools to complete the three-dimensional design of the structure,structural analysis and appearance rendering.(2)The control and acquisition system of the test rig is designedBased on the multifunctional DMC-4030 controller,the control and acquisition system of the test rig were designed.First,design the overall framework of the system.Then complete circuit design,circuit connection and motion programming of the servo control system,motion control system and signal acquisition system.According to different working conditions,different movement trajectory and its program were designed.Using this rig,the wear test of Inconel 690 alloy tube was carried out under the different fretting forms,different complex motions of impact-sliding and different impact force,then the fretting and damage behaviors were analyzed.
