Based on the analysis of the vibration isolation mechanism of the positive and negative stiffness parallel isolator,a passive vibration isolation device based on the negative stiffness theory is designed.Through the optimization of the design parameters,the expression of the stiffness function of the system and the condition of zero stiffness at the equilibrium position are established.In order to verify the vibration isolation effect of the facility,it is applied to the seismic analysis of the frame model and the bridge model.In this paper,the design of negative stiffness device(NSD)is a large spring,so that the structure away from the center position,resulting in negative stiffness of the mechanical behavior.The analysis of the internal structure characteristics of negative stiffness system by using numerical calculation method,investigated the influence of negative stiffness vibration isolation equipment design factor,and by analyzing the sensitivity of the response surface Monte Carlo full probability method.Finally,the experimental results show that the vibration isolation and vibration isolation effect and the shock resistance performance of the design are verified.In this paper,the main research work is divided into the following aspects:Firstly,the paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and simply introduces the concept and classification of structural vibration control.The research status and theoretical background of vibration control at home and abroad are summarized.Finally,the research background and significance of the negative stiffness isolator are introduced,and then the research motivation of this subject is introduced.Secondly,through the optimization of the parameters of the negative stiffness vibration isolator,the relationship between them is verified by numerical calculation.Then,the sensitivity of the influence factors of the negative stiffness vibration isolation device is analyzed by Monte Carlo response surface method and the full probability method.The effect of vibration isolation and vibration isolation is verified by experiments.Finally,the conclusions of the research are summarized,and some suggestions for further research are given.
