| In order to reduce the damage of lithium battery,improve the performance of lithium battery pack,a charge and discharge management system of lithium battery pack was designed,which had the functions of management,monitoring and protection of lithium battery charging and discharging process.The charge and discharge management system of lithium battery pack consisted of MSP430 as control chip,by data collection,battery protection,equilibrium control,communication management and computer display modules,the protection of lithium battery overcharge,excessive discharge,over-current and short-circuit was achieved,the single-section lithium battery with inconsistent state in lithium batteries was balanced and the working status of lithium battery pack was monitored.The charge and discharge management system of lithium battery pack was introduced from hardware and software.In the hardware design,the hardware circuits of the charge and discharge management system of lithium battery pack were divided into several modules,including data acquisition module,battery protection module,equilibrium management module and communication module.The Data acquisition module was used to collect the voltage,current and temperature of lithium batteries;the safety of lithium batteries in charging and discharging process was ensured by the battery protection module;the state of single lithium battery in lithium batteries was tended to align by the equilibrium management module;the communication between the control chip and the upper computer was realized by the communication module.In software design,the control module,PC display and the SOC(State of charge)estimation of lithium battery were included.The design of data acquisition,charging and discharging protection and balancing management was included in control module;the battery management display interface was been designed in the PC display;the SOC estimation of lithium battery was achieved by combining the method of Ann-time integral,open-circuit voltage and SOC compensation.The experiment of lithium battery pack was achieved in charge and discharging process,the over-release voltage of lithium battery detection accuracy reached ±10mV,the over charge flow detection accuracy reached ±10mA,balanced management of lithium battery in the single cell voltage relative error control in±0.12%,the error of SOC estimation and actual value was within ±1%,the results showed that the charge and discharge management system of lithium battery pack could effectively manage,monitor and protect the lithium batteries. |
