During urbanization,high-rise buildings gain rapid development because they accommodate more.Among them,CFST frame-reinforced concrete corewall structures has been widely built at home,which bear vertical load mainly with CFST frame,and anti overturn mainly with reinforced concrete corewall.Jinwan 9# Super High-rise Building belongs to this kind of structure.Its corewall consists of reinforced concrete while its outer frame is made up of CFST column and H-shaped steel beam.CFST frame shares most of the vertical load,which makes its elastic deformation larger than that of corewall.Meanwhile,the exposed concrete of corewall is with existence of unavoidable shrinkage and creep properties.Although concrete of CFST shrinks and creeps as well,the steel tube restricts its moisture exchange and carbonation reaction,and reduces its compression by confined it circumferentially.In addition to these,vertical deformation difference is also effected by uneven settlement of basement,sunshine temperature difference,seasonal temperature difference and so on.When becoming large,Vertical deformation difference will result in additional internal force in horizontal elements,stress redistribution in vertical elements,difficulties in installing equipment and compressive buckling of vertical equipment because of length difference.To make it clear how vertical deformation and deformation difference looks like in CFST frame-reinforced concrete corewall structure,this paper simulates the construction process of Jinwan 9# building.Conclusions are shown as follow: the middle floors deforms more while the top and bottom deforms less;elastic deformation is larger in column than that in corewall,but shrinkage and creep in column is less;column deforms more in bottom floors,while corewall deforms more in top floors.Shrinkage and creep of concrete with large size lasts so long that we continue its deformation analysis to life cycle.Shrinkage and creep keeps increasing rapidly till 10 years later.After that,it grows slowly.In 50 years,deformation of corewall increases by 1.8 times,deformation difference increases by 5 times,and caused additional internal force increases by 1.75 times.Deformation difference curve moves to the right,corewall compresses more than column across all the floors.After all,this paper studies the negative effect of deformation difference and lists measures to limit it,then simulates the construction process of truss,analyzes when to restraint truss.
