Control Measures Of Ground Subsidence Caused By Shield Tunnel Construction

In recent years,the large and medium-sized city subway construction scale is increasing,because the subway shield construction is in the city downtown area,the subway shield construction is bound to build the surrounding buildings.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the impact of the construction of the shield method on the settlement of surrounding buildings.In this paper,the influence of shield construction on the ground subsidence of 17 section of Tianjin metro line 6,which is a central hospital station,is monitored and analyzed,and the ground subsidence data of shield tunnel is collected by the observation of tunnel settlement measurement and control network.Through the statistics and analysis of settlement data,combined with the control of the construction parameters of different stages,the control measures of ground settlement of shield tunnel method are analyzed.Analysis results shows that: shield launching receiving phase end well for strengthening quality is very important,directly affecting the surface settlement;silt and silty soil layer construction control of earth pressure balance,synchronous grouting volume control and the sediment of improvement are an important means to control the ground settlement;the establishment of a scientific and reasonable tunnel settlement measure control network for guiding construction has important significance.
